Dear Coindcx Team, I know you have limited resources to manage. At the beginning it was well. I referred my friend and got nothing after he trade first amount. Later I raised a ticket on concern for the details with chat buddy, it assigned a member and raised a ticket on referral coupon. Later automatically closed the ticket without solving. So, you people making enough profits on our profiles for charging deposit/ withdrawal amounts. But you don't have enough time to explore the customer.

Worst app ever don't use u will be trapped as it shows wrong prices of the assets just compare it with coin switch and see the difference in the price in real time even deposits are too late sometimes even with gpay... I recommend not to use it as u gonna loose your hard earned cash every single time

I’m experiencing issues while trying to deposit funds into my CoinDCX account via IMPS. Despite multiple attempts, the transactions aren’t going through. I initially thought it was my bank’s problem, but after checking with customer support, they confirmed that the issue is with the CoinDCX bank account. It would be great if CoinDCX could either resolve this or provide an alternative payment method, like UPI, to make deposits easier. Please address this soon so users have a smoother experience
