Ratings and reviews

Their vendors that process purchases are consistently misleading. They advertise they accept debit/credit cards but they always say they don't want to or can't. They prefer gift cards. Ive lost a lot of money attempting to process a purchase. Not only do they mislead, but they lag in communicating. Again, time is money. Coinex support doesn't help much. It would be nice if they could credit my account as a means to apologize for their lack of quality service.

Great exchange with very competitive fees. Using CET tokens to pay for trading fees gives an amazing discount. The app performance is top-notch, with no lags during high volatility. Deposits and withdrawals are handled quickly and securely. I’ve been using CoinEx for years and it never disappoints. Highly recommended.

Coinex should be given six stars not five lol, it's the best cex exchange not gonna lie. Smooth, trusted and reliable other than some other top exchanges. And the fact that you can find almost all coins on coinex is awesome. But there's a problem with orders, some times when trading spot mu orders take too long last one lasted for a day and half. it'd be great if something was done to fix it thanks.
