Ratings and reviews

Their vendors that process purchases are consistently misleading. They advertise they accept debit/credit cards but they always say they don't want to or can't. They prefer gift cards. Ive lost a lot of money attempting to process a purchase. Not only do they mislead, but they lag in communicating. Again, time is money. Coinex support doesn't help much. It would be nice if they could credit my account as a means to apologize for their lack of quality service.

Coinex doesn't support USDC bep20 deposit! And if it is made, they charge 10% of the sum to credit it. Coinex is the only major crypto exchange with this problem: in all other major ones, your erc20 address also works for arbitrum, base, and bep20.

Terribly Terrible Terrible Developers I must say the app is really awkward to use Somehow I managed to deposit Lunc into Terra Luna Classic address funny that it just won't appear it almost 5 hours The app won't display liquidity available The app looks good but a pain to use Fix the damn problem and refresh it as supposed
