Ratings and reviews

A great platform for anyone to begin trading on. Unfortunately this app barely works on my device. I can log in and see my wallet balance, but can't see anything else and when I press the wallet tab the app freezes and none of the buttons work. This happens for all the other tabs as well as nothing comes up and it is just loading forever.

Joined CoinSpot after watching YouTube video's on it & crypto. So I'm new to the whole crypto thing. Found CoinSpot easy to join up. The support team is fantastic, very fast in response & very helpful. The account display is pretty simple & easy to understand, so it's nice that it's not confusing/complicated to use. I highly recommend them, had zero issues & it's been quite a positive experience using CoinSpot.

Been using CoinSpot for over 3 years now. Very satisfied. Smooth functionality of Web and App. Any issues I've had, have been quickly and positively resolved. Some people complain about the margins but that is the price you pay for peace of mind using a world-class service with great fundamentals. Would love to see some extra functionality in the app, like customising what info you see within each token's wallet etc but overall happy, especially with the latest update. See you on the moon...
