I'm having a hard time withdrawing my money. it says it will take only 30 minutes, but the email that is sent says a few business days. and when I log back on, it shows the money still available for investment. Update: the problem was with my banking establishment. so I'm upgrading my review to give Public a 5 star for helping me with my own bank account problem. Thanks for the help.

Love the fact that they don't use darkpools. But the app is not fun to use at best and has bugs at worst. Example: the graph default for your current value is 1 day and it takes so long to load other scales that it's difficult to wait. You almost want to leave your phone on the table and walk away while it loads "1 month" scale. Sometimes clicking other scales on the graph freeze the app entirely. Placing trades coerces you into posting it and it is difficult and weird to back away from that.

They need some tweaks. First, I had a problem on a Friday afternoon. No human was there until Monday even though they have financial instruments that trade 25/7. I had to transfer out because of the lack of customer service. A short time later, I needed to check on them because I hadn't deleted the app yet and before I did, I wanted to make sure nothing was still in the account. Their programming requires a code be entered for verification, but after trying several times they didn't send the c
