Ratings and reviews

Cheaper doesn't always mean better! Options trading is cheaper than the competitors, and it's the only selling point of this app. UI is also kind of easy to navigate. But it takes ages to fill an order, reducing the chance of getting in and out quickly. Advanced features while taking trades are also difficult to read.

They need some tweaks. First, I had a problem on a Friday afternoon. No human was there until Monday even though they have financial instruments that trade 25/7. I had to transfer out because of the lack of customer service. A short time later, I needed to check on them because I hadn't deleted the app yet and before I did, I wanted to make sure nothing was still in the account. Their programming requires a code be entered for verification, but after trying several times they didn't send the c

The app has been good so far, it has quite a few features and access to markets other than just stocks/ETFs/indexes, though as a novice investor that's what I've been sticking to. Customer service with AI leaves something to be desired but I was able to reach someone when I had a question and the AI wasn't helping much. Mainly using it compared to Robinhood because Public doesn't sell your data on to third parties as far as I understand.
