CookBook is free to download. Store 20 recipes and use 20 smart imports free. Yearly plans include a 14-day trial where eligible. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your Google Play subscriptions. Unused portions of a free trial or subscription period are non-refundable.

The app that I previously used is no longer updated as the owners have retired. I did a lot of research to find a replacement. I personally don't care about menus or shopping lists. I want a place to collect all of my recipes and to get the nutritional analysis of the recipes I put in. I either enter the recipes manually or by copying and pasting. Cookbook fit the requirements that I was looking for. It very quickly copies recipes I found on websites into my CookBook. I'm loving it.

I got this in '23 free version & it was a good start for a cookbook app didn't have a lot but great on dealing with recipes I had to copy and paste sometimes it would get the from urls. But it worked NOW this is the absolute must have that's why I bought the pro, the updates, new features are amazing and I don't give glowing reviews that often the money I spent on this was cheap compared to what it can do, where it can get the recipes from & the step by step it gets you through the cook buy it!

I have been using this app for years and love its ease of use, importing, and simplicity. It is easy to find popular recipes using the recent recipes option. Import your favorites using any URL. One bug note about the import feature: After copying the URL you have to go into the app, go out of the app, and then go back in for the import to work. It has worked like that on two phones now. Not a deal breaker but just an extremely minor inconvenience. Otherwise, everything appears to work well.
