This app is a total scam! I made a one-time payment through my JazzCash account, but now money gets auto-deducted every month. Even after unsubscribing, it automatically subscribes again. The helpline agents are rude and disconnect calls in the middle. On top of that, they keep repeating the same proposals we already rejected. Extremely unethical, unprofessional, and fraudulent service — stay away from this app!

Hello Support Team, I am writing to report a serious issue with your app. My account was charged automatically twice without my permission. I did not purchase any package, nor did I confirm or authorize any payment. This transaction was made without my consent, which is unacceptable and against basic user trust. I contacted your customer support, but I was told that a refund is not possible, which is very disappointing and unfair. I request that you investigate this matter properly and refund

This platform is absolutely garbage and I don't say it lightly. Their audacity to charge as much as Muzz without even having basic filters is borderline fraud. Their daily "selected" profiles are all over the country, the remaining ones that are in my city can't even be filtered by age, education level, profession, visible picture, etc. And, when you try doing the tedious task of filtering them out yourself, the number of daily profiles ends, and you'd have to wait 24 hours or more to repeat it
