Hi, if customer support could send their email address, I'd love to discuss how to gain access to my account..😑 I just made the account, forgot the password, & the change password link demands, not only a code, but that you verify your username. I always feel pressured to create a username and enjoy apps that allow you to change them thereafter so you're not stuck at the "create an account" page for hours upon end.. as with some indecisive people and do not know what I ended up choosing! Help!

I can't login at all. My login info is correct, I'm 100% sure. I used to be able to login, but now I just get a "login failed" whenever I try. I uninstalled then reinstalled but still the same issue. I tried a password reset, but the link it sends me to is unresponsive. I can't do that either. This app is currently broken. It wasn't always this way, 1 star rating till its fixed.
