Over half of the functions in the app say "Something unexpected happened. Check your internet connection." Nope, connection is just fine for every other app. Gaslighting by EA for something broken in their app. Couldn't even charge through the app. Had to start the charging on the station and NFC tap the phone for Members to get it to register our account and thus use our free credits.

Probably the most expensive charging station in the county at .64/kwh. The app also requires you leave $5 in no matter what, so it feels like an ethics issue. Also, if you drop below a certain of amount of $ it automatically loads more money even if you don't want to. There is no way to turn off that feature. It IS fairly easy to use though.

Do not use this app. They have no nighttime discounts: the price stays the same 24/7, and it is the most expensive charging app I know. You can't change your email later or remove your credit card. To charge, they force you to top up $50. Even if you only want to spend the $12 left on your balance, they block it and say the balance is too low. It feels like they always want money stuck in the account so you can't leave or delete it. Absolute trash, worst app. Avoid this garbage charging network.
