Ratings and reviews

This app started out great, then all of a sudden, I couldn't log in. I contacted 3 different people through their help/Support and none of them could fix my problem. They didn't even really try. They told me to do the standard things: clear cache, un-install/reinstall, etc., but none of that worked and when I told them that, they just stopped communicating with me. I even created a new account and the same thing happened regarding the app issues. It seems to be an Android app version problem.

Horrible. Unreliable. Sometimes I don't get messages at all. Sometimes I can't send at all. Sometimes everything disappears. Truly makes a difficult situation worse when you have poor communication with a co-parent. My phone needs to be open to get notifications of a message, no matter what I do to the settings. The AppClose people think that because so many courts mandate they use them that their app doesn't stink. But it does. Edit: No, dudes. Your app just sucks. Deal with it. Or fix it.

for being court ordered and supposedly "popular" i expected alot more from the app. I have to manually share events on the calendar, it's not automatic despite sharing the entire calendar. it also doesn't notify well and requires payments for recording phone calls. I expected alot more especially since there are apps that can do the calendar and messaging far more secure and without the hassle of payments the developer reply was very "cut and paste" about customer support.
