On 4/10/24, I believe I caught FANDUEL filling the (G)uarenteed contests,thus giving customers a major disadvantage. I noticed this practice going on for a while and decided to finally take screenshots showing that entries were added well after the deadline start time. Very unethical. What makes it even more sketchy is that they have ignored my grievance #41849441. They even gave me $50 in bonus cash the other night and mysteriously took it back. Some type of scams going on.

clunky to use. I've played fantasy football for a decade using a wide array of apps/websites and this is by far the worst. After being forced to use it for the third year in a row (comish makes us use it) it all of a sudden stated that it could not verify my ID. I contacted support FOUR separate times and they just talked me in circles. they were clueless and just tried to end the call or push me off to another representative. I will not be in that league this year and I feel FREE!

Downloaded this app to take advantage of the increased odds for UFC 264. Spent hours trying to take advantage but after multiple failed attempts and absolutely no help from support, I gave up. Instead, I went to DraftKings and placed my bet. While I didn't win as much, the experience was much easier and I didn't run into any issues. But at the end of the day, FanDuel cost me $145 by not allowing me to place my bet. That's not an insignificant amount of money and is inexcusable.
