I've been playing all of the lost lands series and well.... this one sucked. the most frustrating part was when there was exactly the item you needed but you couldn't use it. in the chest in totos cave there is a pitcher but you can't use it for water. at the archeology site, there's a whole chest of archeology tools but you have to find different ones somewhere else because "I probably won't need these" this is the kind of stuff that is insanely frustrating to me.

I love the Lost Lands series... the graphics are incredible and I like keeping up with the story. Also, the granddaughter is biracial in this one and the characters are various races, which is awesome! Honestly though, I ended up deleting it at 99% of game play! I couldn't take the redundancy of repetitive puzzles for the same objective. I generally love puzzles, but I lost patience, though I hung in to the very end! I don't have the money or mindspace for watching ads. Downloading 9 instead.

I usually love games from this developer, I've played through many of their series. I didn't like this one nearly as much. I think what I disliked most was: 1) Puzzle difficulty. It seems like there were a lot of repeats of puzzle types & the scene where you have to complete 3 each of two of the same type of puzzle was ridiculous. 2) collecting objects. You can't collect as you go, you have to go back to scenes once you need the items. Needless back and forth that takes away from the experience.
