In the new app update I can no longer find what networks are supported in a country for my global data plan. I can't remember how I did it before, but it was very intuitive. Now I can't find it. Also very sad to see the 50gb and 70gb plans have had 25% price increases.

worked great... AND it quit it was horrid... I bought the 30 day Global for cruise ports. It stopped working on day 10. I went through trouble shooting from flexi roam and ended up buying another one at 2x the price of the first... Frustrated. In UK. WORKEDThen 3 ports before cruise ended it stopped working again at a port it worked at before. I un-installed it and it wouldn't install back in. It wanted me to buy a new plan. Several of us took several hours and just gave up. Don't depend on it!

I have just renewed my plan with Flexiroam after a using it for the first time. I must say that initially it was clunky to set up, but once up and running it really is excellent. But beware, if you have data left at the end of your, you must purchase a similar plan & amount to extend its validity. On a really positive note, the companies online help is probably one of the best I have encountered anywhere. It's fast and with knowledgeable folk dealing with you.
