Was going to give it 5 stars but decided to give 4 because a few reasons. 1, you have to pay shipping on each item won. I do like they offer "keys" for plays instead of coins, but regardless, still have to pay for shipping. 2, the lag on the claw. Could be just to prevent you from winning, but once you get used to it, it's not too problematic. 3, shipping times. They ship from China so the shipping time takes awhile, roughly over a month after you've paid for shipping. But you do receive them

Coins are very expensive and you go through them VERY quickly. Playing with keys is a good way to practice this game. I have won at least 29 prizes, but you then have to pay for the shipping on the items won with keys and the prices to ship are absolutely ridiculous!!! Now that I have gotten good at winning prizes with keys, it has become very difficult to play for almost any of the prizes due to "connectivity" issues. Which I believe is skewed and works for their advantage.

I used to like Clawee, but I don't ever get the prizes I win anymore. You used to be able to click for shipping information. Now, only if you ask, they send tracking info in 4-8 weeks! I thought that was ridiculous... until I finally got the info, and it said they shipped from China yesterday. This was WEEKS later. They want you to pay then forget about it so they won't send anything. Oh, and the tracking info, it only says that it goes to the U.S. So I still don't really have a way to track it.
