Horrible app with a horrible, non-intuitive interface. Additionally, despite logging in with the same device EVERY SINGLE TIME, it says I am logging in with a NEW device and requires me to set up a pin EVERY SINGLE TIME I log in. Incredibly annoying and frustrating. The alternative (trying to log in online via a web browser) is even worse and has even less options available, so I am stuck ONLY using the app that looks and feels like it was somebody's first attempt at app development.

buggy.. 1) if you type a state in the application allows you to proceed but then because I didn't select from the drop down menu it says "state code not found" when I say I want a medical appt. 2) it got glitchy when I was required to choose a pharmacy. first gave a list, but when I chose the location it wouldn't continue forward in the appointment setting process.. then when I backed up it wouldn't find any locations at all. I had to close the app and restart the whole appointment process.

The app seems to be broken. Had to log in several times, each time with a new security code even though I had already selected my personal PIN. App crashes when I try to search for providers. UX not great. Desktop version not helpful either. This is the telehealth app supported by my health insurance and I'm not able to get service. Needs attention ASAP!
