The Hover-1 App is compatible with the following Hover-1 models:

The Hover-1 App allows you to connect several models to do the following:
-Change skill levels
-Access manuals and customer support
-Track trips, mileage & use GPS
-View speed
-View battery life
-Change color of lights (not available on all models)
-Diagnose issues

Please note, continued of GPS location can dramatically decrease your devices battery life.

Doesn't really provide much value other than for changing the lights. Also, stats don't work on many areas of the app, even though it's connected and controllable otherwise. The "Ranger" model isn't listed in the app, but is supported. I get the impression this app is an after thought and way out of date. My daughter likes the board itself though.

you can listen to music really well but the hover 1 app was not connecting to my phone at first. I tried for like a week then I forgave up. Almost a year later I said mabey it might work. I tried and it worked perfectly!!! I don't know why it didn't work last time but other than that it is a really good app. It works for Android's and Apple's. This is a really good app if it connects to your hover 1. I really recommend it!!!

The app worked very well when I first installed to my phone. Connected to my hoverboard without any problems too. That was the first and only time it worked. WORKED ONE TIME!! Now it will not connect to my hoverboard. I even tried uninstalling the app and re-connecting my hoverboard to it... Still not working. I'll continue to play with the connection though. Kinda disappointed, I liked being able to change the colors on my board.
