Update 2026: I hate this app even more. It cost me a lot of money. When opening a new label, the app will open with an old one. I printed and sent a package to the wrong customer. What the F, guys? I have the old software APK that worked perfectly. Rotate. Zoom. Print. But my printer died and won't connect using the old app, so I installed this. What terrible software. You CAN'T fit a simple label. Rotating makes no sense. It will never fit the print area.

Love the printer, but I hate the app. It constantly disconnects from the printer. They also either changed how the app opens or where the label opens, and now it takes more steps to get the label printed. And sometimes it prints out an old label instead of a new one, and I didn't notice until I had 3 of my packages end up at the wrong people! I'll have to triple check the labels now since this has cost me money to get the issue fixed!

The printer works well and I've been able to print a good amount of stickers and labels. But I wish the app had more templates to get inspiration or really get you started out of the box. I have used Canva templates, made edits and then print using the printer. Which is a good workaround. But other thermal printer apps have more in app templates and editing functions. You have to be really creative with the Jadens app or use a third party like Canva to get the most use.
