the product is fantastic, amazing, a total game changer....so to have the app ruin the experience is that much more disappointing. worked fine for awhile, then out of nowhere I'm roasting like a pig in the middle of the night. all my schedules are gone, and I can't save new ones. some little gremlin now controls the device and randomly runs it when they please at any temperature but the one I want. 2pm on a summer Sunday? 110° why not

I'll update later if it improves. The device is great. I love getting into a cold bed. The app however is a different story. The schedules flat out don't work. It'll turn off in the morning when I set it to but won't turn on automatically before bed. On the rare chance it does turn on, it doesn't set to the specified temperature. Also, half the time the app can't connect to the device at all, so I end up going into the bedroom and turning it on manually. I hope the app improves.

*edit* 2 years later and nothing has improved... same problems. Unreliable. I set a schedule and the device not only doesn't confirm that it's accepted, it fails to follow the schedule. When it does follow the schedule it updates very infrequently so you don't know if a change was accepted. More than once I've waken up overheating. Manual changes are nearly instantaneous. Please fix!
