Soulless, greedy people run this game. It's a gacha game; what do you expect? High potential fun in the early game, but bad late game that feels like a second job. If they actually listened to the problems of this game, it would revive. It's very pay-to-win. I mean, Raid Shadow Legends is more free-to-play now, and that's saying something. At least give free copies of heroes you can choose here and there, so it doesn't feel so grindy. Cool-looking characters, though!

Switched from the classic to the new server to try it out. I Didn't like it so I switched back to classic and found all my progress deleted including all my Overlord characters. I completed the tutorial again to try to see if it would regain my progress but no. I am very frustrated due to my characters being deleted and having to restart. I will not be continuing with this game.

It does have a lot of content. but the customer support is lackluster at best. Had an issue where the recent Dragonis event stopped counting my summons; dev response was accurate, no more communication, despite my in game count being even higher than what they said it was. pretty frustrating to have such a blasé response.
