Absolutely does not work as intended. One of many terrible decisions the company I work for has made. Can't see even a quarter of the sections in the app. Tried to sign in from a computer, and it initially refused my log in info, then locked me out because of the security question. And there's not really a straight forward way to contact any support.

I have to use this app for work and no matter what I do every time I open it for the first time in a little bit it asks to allow access to calls. Then I can't click on one or the other and it crashes. It will work once I close and open the app right up again then it takes forever to load but it's annoying to have to do that when I'm at work and need to look at something quick. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I have tried to go into my settings and change access to calls. NOTHING

Very useful for checking work schedule, hours, requesting time off. But the biggest problem I'm having is the app is a huge battery drain. If you close out of it, it still runs in background and used 35-40% of battery a day. Top of the list of batt usage on my Note 10+ (which is known for having a good battery and uptime.) You have to remember to force stop it and make sure it's put to sleep every time you're done. But I thought it's not worth the hassle and power drain and had to uninstall
