Logile Connect simplifies life for both employees and managers by providing the ability to complete task- and schedule-related activities anywhere.

Employees can:

View schedules
Swap shifts
Bid on posted shifts
Submit requests for time off
Submit availability changes
Submit punch requests

In addition, managers can:

View department schedules
Post bid shifts
Respond to requests
Monitor task completion

Ratings and reviews

This app is reliable enough because I've never had issues with it crashing (not cursing that to change though). However, it'd be nice if time off requests were a week in advance instead 2. Sometimes you can't plan that far ahead with appts or whatever else. When shift swapping with another person, it'd also be nice if you could provide a general reason (like you can with time off requests.) Maybe that would make them more willing.

I have to use this app for work and no matter what I do every time I open it for the first time in a little bit it asks to allow access to calls. Then I can't click on one or the other and it crashes. It will work once I close and open the app right up again then it takes forever to load but it's annoying to have to do that when I'm at work and need to look at something quick. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I have tried to go into my settings and change access to calls. NOTHING

Absolutely does not work as intended. One of many terrible decisions the company I work for has made. Can't see even a quarter of the sections in the app. Tried to sign in from a computer, and it initially refused my log in info, then locked me out because of the security question. And there's not really a straight forward way to contact any support.
