Looking for an online high interest saving account that is user friendly with good functionality. Unfortunately, I couldn't even create an account without a major problem. After entering the security code they emailed to me, they locked me out of the account for an unknown reason. I haven't even logged in once without a major flaw. So glad I haven't funded it yet. Looking elsewhere.

terrible customer service. I am an existing customer of Marcus and I referred my wife to open an online savings account. After application, she was asked to call after 24 hours since there is a systems issue. Today, it has been more than 96 hours and we have called back 3 times. Everytime, the customer service mentions to start a new application, without giving any information about the existing application which is stuck with a systems issue. very very frustrating experience.

The worst to set up a savings account. I set up a CD with ease maybe using the web site. I go through all the application process and it takes me back to the beginning to restart all over again. I called customer service and she said there were 4 applications out there? So, I choose one to walk through it. The phone numbers on my wife's side were all messed up, but the customer service rep says she cant fix it nor can I on my own. she said we have to make a whole new application. I hung up.
