The app is still very fresh and is not always intuitive. Firstly, if something goes wrong, you always get a generic "Oops, something went wrong" message and that's it. And things do go wrong, I experienced it firsthand. To understand what the problem is I had to write to support. Second, I had an incident when while transferring for currency A to currency B the transfer failed but the currency was already exchanged. Bottom line, it can be useful in some cases but in my case it didn't work.

I am really glad to share my experience in using Neema, their ways of handling clients is amazing specifically in quick response , it's really helpful..thank you ☺️

Neema is an app who will charge you as many as they can. w/ just the app is okay, but DONT ORDER THE CARD! It's a dissapointment aside from paying when you order it , they will also charge you 10nis EVERY MONTH for having the card and every time you do transaction using the card (pay or withdraw) THEY WILL ALSO CHARGE YOU apart from the payment in the ATM. Very dissapointing company! Better to use Monox or Rewire which even give you higher rates than neema when sending home. Neema is BAD!
