Won't let me sign in! Tried the forget password option, got the call to confirm it was me, and then everytime I try to create a new password it gives me error messages and "locks" me out of the app for 1 minute, then 5 minutes! wasting too much trying to just log onto this stupid app.. stcpay was much easier to sign in to and convinient to transfer cash to everyone...

While the app generally works fine, there is an enduring bug that does not allow International Bank Transfers to banks in South Africa - due to an error that always arises while trying to add a beneficiary. I have reported this error multiple times without any resolution - tried to explain to agents in the Chat Support (who insist that there is no issue) that they will not see the error unless they follow the same user steps - but they do not seem to understand this. Such a disappointment.

This bank is an absolute nightmare. Their customer care is completely incompetent, unprofessional, and useless. I had to contact them 27 times just to get a single ticket opened—the other 26 agents just closed the chat on me. I literally had to go to another company to fix a problem STC Bank could have solved. The IT team is good, but frontline support blocks you from reaching them. Do not trust them with your money. Use barq or Mobily Pay instead. Stashing cash under a mattress is better.
