I faced several issues upon trying to use Stc Bank yo my account. I change many times my password, and the app still not allow me to enter. always try again after 1300 minutes, login failed...etc. I have called 2 times support technician, they did their best but still not resolved yet.. please do the needful. thanks

Very easy to get locked from your account, very unreliable. Just one time getting your PIN wrong, your account will be locked. Edit: THE WORST APP EVER, YOU CAN'T SEND MONEY WITHOUT HAVING TO RECEIVE A CALL, I'M IN A PLACE THAT DOESN'T HAVE NETWORK COVERAGE, WHICH STOPS ME FROM SENDING MONEY. WORST APP EVEERRR

The application has serious issues with transferring amounts. Whenever I add money, the instant withdrawal is deducted, but the transfer process doesn’t go through. I have to open a technical support ticket every time, and it takes more than three days to get resolved. Due to these recurring problems, I’ve decided to cancel my account.
