I had been using the app, probably 5-6 times and it was ok. I scan auto part or large purchase receipts before the store receipt printing dissapears. Today I attempted another but the app the camera scan would mot get the receipt code on the bottom into the photo. I attempted to ask for help but there's not a place to actually send the email after I wrote the note, weird. So it's a good app unless there's a situation

So far, this is one of the better OCR Scanners I have come across. Does a really good job in copying the text in photos. Rarely does it misspell the words its scanning. Has a lot of extra tools free to use. There are no ads popping up every minute. The platform is very simple and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this PDFgear Scan App to anyone needing a reliable OCR Scanner. I haven't tried all of the tools yet, a free OCR tool is what I was needing to find and this app does the job.

I've used it 1 time to scan some images to PDF. 1. The Autoscan is pretty fast. Accurate. 2. Grayscale (most important) function missed on the Contrast and Black hues. Render the pdf quite washed out. 3. The Document filter function render images useless in (over contrasted and white-out). Need a balance. These 2 filters are most used. 4. The files are kept who knows where? Difficulty to retrieve from another email app for example. 5. Waiting for integration with cloud for backup.
