If you have an android phone and want to set this up on your work's Wi-Fi and they require you to log in (what they call a captive portal web page), then you are going to be real frustrated because the only way to get the frame connected is using their iOS app. this functionality has been missing from the android app for over 2 years!!! That's terrible customer service and just lazy.

The Aura app isin very easy to use. Easy to load new pictures in and also type notes on the pictures so you can remember when and where the picture was taken. The only negative comment is that if you take a vertical picture which the majority are, the picture does not fill the entire screen. It needs to be horizontal (landscape) to fit the entire screen.

Easy, easy, easy! I am a septuagenarian with only modest computer skills, but was able to set up my Aura frame. I am currently going through 70+ years of photos and adding new photos to my frame every day. What fun it is to look at my frame and see photos I haven't seen in years. So many wonderful memories are being sparked by seeing those photos pop up on my Aura frame!
