Ratings and reviews

Everytime there is an update, the app wipes out all of the login account data (why?!). It's only on "Android". To make matters worse it has a hard time opening up to the login page and then claims the information is incorrect. Again "WHY?!", and everytime! I've written about this before and yet it keeps happening. I have to constantly check to see if the app is running, because an update clears the account info and the app is doing absolutely nothing but taking up space. This one of many issues.

The app works great for protecting your device. But it has a significant problem with its VPN features. The VPN deactivates all the time, and for some reason, with the VPN activated, it causes you to sign out almost a few times a day. It makes it very difficult to use the VPN. For an experience you pay extra for, it really sucks having the VPN not work.

I have to turn off McAfee to be able to connect my phone to my car Bluetooth because VPN doesn't allow pairing the device, so I can't use my car screen for GPS. I have to turn off McAfee, then turn it back on after driving each time. Very annoying. Also, it frequently turns off the protection automatically, so I have to log in and turn it on manually.
