Great app! Its so simple. The last motion sensor pic that's triggered displays right when the app is opened so there's basically a report without clicking through, signing up for emails or having to pay for cloud service. Plus SD card storage and viewing is easily accessible if the need to view more thorough footage arises. And plenty of options for controlling the cam from the current view while watching what's happening at the time.

Customer service is horrible. My lock is constantly unlocking itself, jamming for over two weeks. I've been going back and forth with customer service and getting the run around. I had issues with the lock before it took a week to two weeks to get things resolved. Now they're like, well, give us a little more time. We'll figure out well for the safety of your home. Don't trust this brand on top of their customer service is horrible

This app is horrible. The Google button to sign in doesn't work. When you go to 'sign up' instead and you click email address field my numbers keyboard is displayed, so I can't type my email address. The Amazon account log in loads forever, so I ended that. So, there is no way to create an account... Not looking like a promising product.
