I love Thrive! I've been a member for over five years and it has grown so much! The app itself runs smoothly and is easy to navigate. And the market itself continues to expand its catalogue, bringing in new products from different companies, while maintaining its integrity of quality products made with care. The Thrive brand has been making great items. I would love if the Thrive brand used more glass or aluminum instead of plastic in their packaging, and committed to more organic sourcing.

The latest updates to the cart are terrible. I used to be able to add all contents of my cart to my autoship by tapping one button. Now I have to add each one separately. If I were the app product owner, I would want to make it as easy as possible for my customers to put all the items in my cart. The UI is not very well thought out as to how a person would use it. Besides the degrading app, most products are always out of stock anymore, so there's not much incentive to be a customer anymore.

They Dont Refund Your Money!!!! I used the website. You can't browse products before they make you pay (12 dollars in my case). After less than 30 minutes i realized I don't need that at all and wanted to cancel. had to chat with someone to cancel my membership. And looks like they don't refund your money!! I lost 12 dollars without even using the damn thing.
