Update: last reviewed as 2* in July after the app completely stopped working for an extended period. I've reached out to the developer several times and provided logs from multiple devices, after they ask for details, communication stops when I send details. This is bad enough that I am probably going to start going to a different theater. July 2022 (reduced to 2*): App was good. But for several months it won't even open.

Worked great once, then never allowed me to log in again . Can't reset password ("an error occurred") and can't select my password online because "can't use the same password". It's back to being easier to go online than the app. update 8/17: still terrible and won't let me in. useless app entirely Update 9/11: still can't log in. I'm 100% certain of login information (reset, then copied and did all on website), but the app is broken. The app also won't let me reset my password.

App is very poorly built and does not show membership details when you click on the membership tab after sign in. It instead takes you to their generic website that details the benefits of signing up. The kiosk asked for a membership barcode to be scanned, which is nowhere to be found. I entered my phone number instead to sign in on the kiosk, but that did not register in the app for getting my points, so there are missing points even after a whole day after purchase and yet to appear or not.
