Ratings and reviews

Invite notifications in app don't produce an Android notification, which caused me to miss an invite. Tapping on an Android notification coming from this app (if it appears) does nothing but clear it. If notified about a message from another member I expect it to open the app and take me to the new chat message, but it does not even open the app. Also, date/time stamps on messages from others are always wrong. The experiences have exceeded my expectations, aways a fun group and a fun time.

I have previously really enjoyed Timeleft and would love to continue using it. However, the choice to no longer include individual tickets is really disappointing. I do not live close to the city I was doing dinners, so it was something I can only feasibly do once a month and the 12.99 price for one month is just not justifiable for me. I hope they consider switching back.

I paid for a Timeleft dinner, but due to a glitch the app never revealed the restaurant name. I reported the issue within the 24-hour window with screenshots and followed up by email. No response. No refund. The app is buggy, and customer service is nonexistent. I paid for an experience I couldn’t attend because their system failed. Unacceptable.
