Customer service is ONLY available through the phone after at least 25 minutes of wait. And to make matters worse, I can't manage the booking online or through the app! Customer service literally told me the only way to manage my booking is by contacting them! so what's the purpose of having a websitAnd the icing on top of the cake, besides not being able to help at all, this Egyptian Customer service rep. was extremely arrogant, rude and condescending! ZERO STARS. DELETING THE APP. NEVER AGAIN!

I am giving 1 star (or less) because the service is very poor. The customer service team keeps ignoring customer issues, and the emergency hotline is not toll-free. I tried calling, but no one answered and my credit was used up for nothing. This is very disappointing.

I purchased flight ticket with 40kg and I received 30kg only. I paid extra for 40kg and when I complained they completely ignored the request and resent me a ticket with 30kg again. Again I contacted customer service and they told me they can not add extra 10 kg which I already paid for and also will not give me full refund for the ticket. Worst service I have seen in my whole life.
