Prices? Competitive. Service? Poor. Information? Stuck on 3 years ago! Reliability? Poor (you'll face tons of issues due to bad implementation of services, and items you pay for won't work many times) App UI? Hideous. Slow. Inaccurate. Overall? Only get this if you have an eSIM and want huge amounts of data. (check coverage of Zain in your area first too) Edit: now eSIM or not, you pay the same. Also, other providers now have similar plans. Forced updates, 0 changes, always!

The Service are very bad, I have been ordering yaqoot sim for the last 3 days and it is still showing "preparing your order". When I try to cancel my order, it's shows error. I was switching from another operator to yaqoot but now I won't.

The network was excellent at the beginning but later on it became worse and worse. I've contacted the customer service and they told me that they will contact me later on to solve the issue. Unfortunately, few weeks has passed by and no one has contacted me again to solve the issue. Ignoring technical issues has definitely impact my trust and made me think to end the service.
