Network Keeps dropping every few minutes. I can barely hold zoom meeting or meet calls, or browse anything online. Been the same for a real long time, Multiple customer service calls and complaints and still its the same. I regret my decision to move to yaqoot. They are forcing us to move to other networks

The baddest network provider of KSA. Network coverage and quality of the network both competes to prove which one is the worst . Also very irresponsible and unprofessional service team as well.

The network was excellent at the beginning but later on it became worse and worse. I've contacted the customer service and they told me that they will contact me later on to solve the issue. Unfortunately, few weeks has passed by and no one has contacted me again to solve the issue. Ignoring technical issues has definitely impact my trust and made me think to end the service.
