Tried several different software options before I found HousecallPro, and that was about 4 years ago, they are constantly improving things with the end use in mind and it was the perfect switch for us. It has been the perfect software for our business to track everything you can think of! And if there's something you need, they are always available to look into adding that option in and tweaking it to suit your needs.

This app is beyond broken. With full bars, it says I have no internet connection constantly. Not only that, but to get to the job that you're on, and to be able to edit it, you have to go through like 4+ pages, and it constantly fails through every step. Or every item you add on. We add on 3+ things per job, and it takes me 10+ minutes to do something that should easily take 1-2 minutes. Invest in a different app, I could go on and on and on about complaints with this app.

If you are connected to wifi is the only time this app works well and even then the likelihood of your photos uploading is slim, as a tech that uses this app day in and day out I'm struggling to find a reason to stick with this program. Fix your app already, there are a mile of reviews about the same sort of thing and it has not been addressed in a very long time. We need the photos to upload everytime and the app to work even if I don't have full bars...
