Terrible! The app did not allow me to enter data in the Project requirements box. In addition, when I tried to respond to a message from the installer, all the words were backwards. I was able to log in on my laptop this morning and all worked fine. but since I only had my phone while I was away the previous week, the app did not do the job.

App is difficult to navigate. The Angi Pros do not use the app messaging system. The plumber they sent did not speak English. He did not even see the booking details on the app. I was not able to find his plumbing license online. Chat representatives are not very polite, possibly dealing with all kinds of unhappy Angi users all day. We will not be renewing our $29.99 membership next month. We will ask our neighbors for recommendations from now on.

I had Angies list for 5 years. I used it a dozen times with amazing success. I was happy with every company I used. Recently they were purchased, changed how their system works, and changed the name to Angie. I've tried the new system for 2 projects. The results have been poor. It appears the business model has changed. It used to be clients paying to get access to a list of honest customer reviews to make an informed decision. Now, the customers are the business and you are the product.
