We’re sorry to hear you’ve had this experience. The product you’re trying to use isn’t accessed through Cambridge GO or the Cambridge Reader app. To use it, you’ll need to activate it on our Cambridge One platform, which you can find by searching for “Cambridge One” in your web browser.
