About this app

All randomness wasn't created equal. This official RANDOM.ORG app offers certified true randomness, generated with atmospheric noise and independently approved by several testing labs. (See sample certificate in the screenshots.)

Life Pro tip @ end Does exactly what you wanted to and nothing you don't. What more could you ask for? You can flip coins, pick a random number between two numbers, even make lists and shuffle the items on the list, which is better than randomly picking an item out of the list if you think about it. I use the list function for what to make for dinner. Make a list of all the favorite dinners you like to make and shuffle it. Take the first 5 and you got your weekly dinner menu. It's that easy!

it's not pretty, but who cares? it's perfect for when you can't literally flip a coin/roll a die, has zero ads, and it seems much more stable since the Dec 2019 update. the list randomizer is a little clunky, but i love being able to save multiple lists to randomize whenever i want (very useful for choosing a restaurant). edit May 2021: removed one star because as great as it is to get fresh random strings every time, i really wish i could use it offline.

I used to like the app, but I don't like the new sleeker looking (but far worse) update. A lot of features are gone now and some of the features either don't work or are totally unintuitive. As an example of a now missing feature liked being able to pick 3 numbers between 1 and 100 for example. Now it's just 1. For broken or unintuitive, when I tried to make a list to randomize, I don't see how to make more than one word. I'll probably try to find a different app and uninstall.
