The photo upload the biggest garbage I have ever seen in my life. I cant get a single picture to work. For a dating app that's murderous. On trying to upload you get a cropping menu that makes no sense and doesnt actually work. Then once uploaded the result is not the same as what you were shown in the cropper. Then what it looks like on your profile is a 3rd version, this time ultra-tall and cropped randomly. No way to frame a face correctly. -- Also 500 char limit for the bio is ridiculous.

Payment was successful, but the subscription is not reflecting in my account. The support option keeps redirecting me back to the profile page, so I can’t contact support. There are several bugs in the app. For example, when selecting a mobile number from contacts, +91 gets added again, making the number incorrect. The app needs better testing. Please fix these issues soon.

Incredibly frustrating and manipulative app. First of all, there are not enough profiles after buying subscriptions. The app is using bot-generated or copied profiles to lure subscriptions, with likes vanishing after payment. It's kind of a "cyber crime" for tricking users into paying upfront without real matches. Looks like the app developers employ people from all areas to chat with users in local languages and then those made up profiles block you once you ask for their contact details.
