I tried the 7 day trial to see if the remote worked on my TV and it doesn't let you cancel. I couldn't cancel and they've been charging me since. almost a year. ive put in for it to end plenty of times put in claims for refunds and nothing. Just got the bill again yesterday. im calling my bank to have the account blocked because the app nor Google play is doing anything about it. now I have to figure out a person to go pro Bono to get back the 60 dollars they've robbed from me

It worked well as a momentary backup remote for a fire TV. However, you pretty much can't do anything without the paid version. And to be honest, the pricing is utterly insane for such a simplistic app. It was five dollars a week. You'd be better off just buying a physical universal remote and not relying on an app at all. Asking so such for something so basic makes no sense to me. Two stars for an easy connection experience.

I like that it connects to my TV as it's not a name brand, but I don't like how it won't stay connected unless I'm constantly using it. If it's been more than a few minutes since I've adjusted the volume, or changed the channel, the app disconnects. Makes it very upsetting when the volume goes super loud between shows or apps an I struggle to have to reconnect the app (sometimes having to close and reopen the app several times before it connects) to turn the volume down.
