I had signed up for Chromecast a cpl yrs ago & was told it was a special for a lifetime for the 1 charge. We got a different TV & was hooking up chromecast & Roku. roku works fine. not chromecast. it said to make payment so did & tried to cancel cuz thot I signed up wrong Chromecast. or cast 2 tv it was cheaper so I tried that still didn't work. I sent a message 2/22 & email that same day asking for a refund of both charges until ckd find out status if original membership. no refund or further

Paid $20.99 for the app and it worked great three times. Since then it will not find the TV on the same network (which is the same as when it worked). I've turned everything off and on multiple times and still nothing. Nothing in settings that will help troubleshoot shoot. Sent message, but haven't received any help!

Terrible app. I have a Samsung S20 5g and it will not con ect to a Chromecast ready TV. Upon install, I was required to pick a purchase option. I want to see if it would work, so I picked the 3 day free trial. That continuously threw an error. I selected the purchase option and it went through, but would not connect. There is also no way to ask for a refund on the billing page.
