Great app, can find some real bargains. Stuff on there that you'd never think of. Addictive scrolling. One small irritating problem though... When you get email offers come through, you won't find them easily. Doesn't show up on app messages and when you look for the item it's not discounted as the message says. Also, prices change when you click on item to look further: says 81p but click on it and... Its £15!! Be aware. Ordered a few things, great quality stuff but very minimal packaging

Scams and counterfeit items. I've been using aliexpress for over a decade. They've been declining steadily. It's becoming really hard to get what you ordered. Either it's not shipped at all, or a fake tracking number is provided, or you get missing items, or not what you ordered, or cheaper substitutes, or straight counterfeit items. Aliexpress rarely reimburses your money in full. When several people present proof of counterfeit items from a certain store, they refuse to shut the store down.

This website needs improvements! I ordered several items with custom prints. I immediately sent the logos and designs I wanted printed on the items. All of them didn't work out. They claim they never got the designs. Then they closed the sales or sent plain black items. Some inever got a refund. I'm so frustrated. They offer really good prices and a lot of options, but make it almost impossible to actually get it done. Alliexpres, ask me for more details if you need input to improve.
