I have placed my last online order on 25/06 and have yet to receive delivery. I got a call on 27/06 to confirm my order will be out for delivery on 28/06. I followed up in store on 30/06 and received a call to follow up on 01/07 where it was confirmed again that my order is out for delivery. Today again I followed up personally, only to be told again that my order is out for delivery. I grow tired of having to follow up myself, only to be told the same thing repeatedly with no accountability.

What a great app! Easy to use and a much nicer experience than ordering online, especially when using a mobile. I like that all the options and basic info are available in one long list for a quick "add to basket" option, but there's also an option to click on a pod to get more detail. Such a pleasant shopping experience!

This app is very useful, but it still needs a lot of development. It's great for ordering coffee. Areas for improvement: A search function, more detailed info on what sizes and recipes various capsules are best suited for, as they appear on the sleeves (originals in my case), ability to retry a payment when an order goes into "pending payment" (as opposed to reordering).
