Strove and I were made for each other. I have been using Strove for over a month now, and it has helped me level up my performance. on Strove, I am more consistent as it helps me set measurable goals. I am sleeping better using the meditation feature, and I have a dietician on speed dial. I also enjoy the library of wellness content that I can enjoy at leisure.

Doesn't seem to work with my brand new Huawei band, so none of my daily walks and swims are recorded - nor is anything else. App also has far too much info for me. I want to live, not spend my life trying to record and analyse everything. And I really don't want to be notified of a bunch of strangers' daily achievements. I guess this is aimed at young people with loads of time who like puzzling things out.

Incredible. I have been able to be kept accountable, and it's easy to track your movement and exercises. It's amazing how you can watch yourself on a leader board and join a couple of challenges. I highly recommend it. The information it offers its users is beyond what one might need, you mention, benefits of sleep, your meal tracking, and recipes. All in one store.
