So, I had the pro subscription for the app, which I paid for last year. It worked the whole time till one day, and my subscription stopped working. I contacted the developer who was not able to really help me. Been trying for weeks to get the app working again or the $60 refund. I don't have ether of them. So I don't have my subscription working and I am down $60.

for the most part, a very useful app and I've found the one off payment worth the value it provided. however, it gets ⭐ because lately it has been showing an error message since downloading it on my new phone. I get an error message saying something went wrong but the team is working on it. This has been going on for about a month now. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, to no avail. no idea what's going on. have noticed other reviews with similar problem and no fix. what a waste.

You can only questions/ day? How do you even try the different versions?It can't do voice, it can't use pictures. I wanted to see what was wrong with my plant. Ai referred me to other apps or the Internet but it would still attempt to do it if I described what was wrong. The option is there to take a or use a picture but AI can't use the technology??? It is only based on Chat GPT 3.5..... Great concept, but very disappointing. A little bit of false advertising if you ask me.
