I'm a long-term Feedly user and after a recent update, I was suddenly logged out with no explanation from the Android app. When I tried to log back in I only got the error message 'You may be a robot'. My Feedly account still works perfectly on desktop browser, but on the Android app I keep repeatedly getting this issue and I'm completely unable to access my account on mobile. I reached out to support last week but haven't received any response back.

Used to be great. Used it on other platforms but you lost me when you added ads. The $8 a month is not worth removing ads. You are going to lose a lot of customers. Like many others, the longer you leave it this way, the more that we will search for an alternative reader and once we find one that is acceptable we won't come back... Even if you fix the ad conundrum. A small one time fee or remove the ads completely. Either way I have found a replacement & after a week or two I won't open Feedly.

I installed Feedly because I got tired of reading content through different apps. Some apps I would forget. Feedly solves this problem perfectly. However, I keep seeing the same articles again after marking them read. It happens across different publishers, which means Feedly is the problem. If I go back to individual apps, it will be for this reason.
