Ratings and reviews

This app is just terrible to use. It's very slow and oftentimes bugs out. If I'm attempting to do a batch scan of about 10 pages, it'll get half way through then the app will glitch and I'll have to restart the whole process again. The scan option to a cloud service, OneDrive in my case, will work sometimes and won't other times. The home page has "popular" features which consists of camera scan and mobile fax, both of which I've never used so I don't know how they're popular.

App fails to open. This has happened a few times over the years. And now when I need the app the most to scan important documents, and email the .pdf from my phone in a timely manner it has failed to function. AGAIN! It worked well for a long time, but it has failed to function before. A week later it would work, and Now (again) when I need it ASAP, it has let me down. HP is dropping the ball on keeping this app running properly. And yes, a network test from my DeskJet Pro 8025e passed.

I hate this app!! Keeps crashing, is super slow or not opening at all, have to be logged into my hp account, seems to have a mood of its own! This has been happening to me over several computers, often only an uninstall reinstall fixes it. Why, I just want to do a quick scan and happen to be offline!! Awful, I'm over it. Just read through other reviews to check if I'm the only one. DEAR HP PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT ALL THE ONE STAR 🌟 RATINGS WHICH GO ON AND ON AND ON AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
