I purchased an item and a different item turned up. They are impossible to contact and failed to get back to me multiple times, through multiple channels. So far I have lost my money, been frustrated by the lack of response and disappointed by the whole experience. I recommend you buy elsewhere. I did submit a ticket and even responded to your comment below but still nothing! I still recommend you purchase elsewhere!!!

Tracking is useless and takes way too long. I've been waiting for my package for weeks, I can only track on the app, but the tracking doesn't actually work, it says to track via a linked website, but that website does not show anything except "All-In-One package tracking" with a few boxes that do nothing. Once my package arrives I will be deleting this app and never using it again.

Very wary of the app. I have placed 3 order several weeks ago and the account info shows it as being processed, despite them having the payments cleared at the time of the order. They keep changing the order date to justify not sending the items. I will be very angry if they are not the right sizes and will delete the app as soon a my orders arrive. 12 days to "process" a few items is totally unacceptable. From other reviews it would seem this is site is unreliable at best.
