Ratings and reviews

App is laggy. Need to improve search and filters. Need to improve notification or information regarding availability whether delivery or pickup. Are there really successful users of this app?

The app is very slow. I haven't tried delivery so dont know about that. There are several "sales and promos" listed but when you go to the store they're not on sale. e.g. Chooks Chicken 10% Off was listed on the app. The lady working didn't know anything about it so sent me to cust svc. They didn't know anything so called the manager. Manager didn't know anything and said it was not on sale even after showing her the advertisement in the app. About 30 min wasted for p70 in discounts never got.

Not helpful online shopping. It lags most of the time. Some items are available in the option list then will turn to out of stock upon checking out. Most of the on sale products are not available. Changing of store available consume will your time. Not recommend.
