Ratings and reviews

Vouchers don’t seem to work even if you’re eligible. They appear to be applied at first, but once you check out, the total goes back to the original amount. Also, the fresh produce and meat aren’t always in good condition. They often send ripe items even when you ask for ones that aren’t fully ripe yet. I’d recommend shopping here only for non-perishable groceries, not for fresh produce.

It's been two days now that I'm having issues with my grocery purchase online. Using the app in the past was a breeze. Now I can't get my purchase through. Multiple times my Gcash payment won't get past the GCash verification. Furthermore, too many errors appear upon checkout like doubled items, erroneous total, missing items from my list, wrong prices. Each attempt to checkout incurred different issues. So frustrating. Hope you can fix this soon.

I usually am on the sidelines but this is enough. SM SUPERMARKET SM AURA BRANCH, WORST. messed up two orders already (second is today). they have this habit of customer should call first to ask the status of their order before doing the necessary action. also, WHAT'S THE SENSE OF "SAME DAY DELIVERY" if you will deliver the items next day?! I strongly believe that this happens not only to this branch but every branch associated in this app.
