Such a bland name! Try Googling Windows App and see how many irrelevant results you get. Thankfully, the massive thumbnails for each PC can now be reduced (although the app forgets this option if you back out of the app to exit). I can't see how to scan my network to retrieve computer names which you need to set up a connection. Luckily, I still have the old RD app so had to use that to grab names.

The app connects fine but has serious input issues. Using a physical keyboard triggers a constant “cross move” icon in the middle of the screen due to conflicts with the virtual keyboard. The mouse scroll wheel click doesn’t work either, and some apps don’t respond properly with keyboard input. Not reliable enough for professional use until these bugs are fixed.

There's a saying: if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Clearly some vice-president of idiocy at Microsoft never heard this, instead decided to throw away decades of trusted and recognised branding for a confused mess of an app name, and add useless chrome while introducing new bugs to a well-working and designed app. (eg. in dialogs I have white text on white background. No idea why - can't read anything.) They deserve to be fired.
