When I was making my photo book up, I didn't edit the pictures so that they were within the framework. I didn't realise this at the time so when my books arrived in the photos had lots of pictures with the heads cut off, you can imagine I wasn't happy. Anyway I reached out to the company and they were amazing. They explained to me what I needed to do and they reprinting the books for free. Excellent service and I'm so happy 😊😊

I'm trying to do my first book. I found silly that: A- I can't filter images, for example taken within a specific timeframe, or maybe that have a specific tag B- I can't see the favourite folder. without those features it's too hard to find the preferred photos within 22000+ photos and a small thumbnail preview that shows a portion of that photo only. Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm, I can see albums but not favourite folder and cannot filter images within it.

Easiest photo book to do in the initial phase of uploading photos. Very happy with the layout process, the only thing I struggled with was being able to edit just one photo, but , that is probably more my tech-less ability than popsa. I will look forward to getting the photo book and hope it turns out as good as the preview looks.
