I lost my membership and all saved lists. Their customer service treats you like a novice computer user. I changed my premium membership from monthly to yearly and they are saying you have 30 days free trial! I also lost all of my saved lists. They punished me for being a loyal member for the last 7 years. Didn't expect this from Scribd. Don't trust them for a yearly membership, I was doing fine on monthly membership but since I switched to a yearly one, I encountered all these issues.

I don't even know what this app is but their customer service is amazing even though it clearly says that they only refund up to 30 days, someone or something somehow signed up for this app and I was charged for 6 months even though it was never used and when I contacted their customer service in 2 days they had refunded every one of the charges!

It works okay, the website is better. I don't understand why or how you can't download the files from the app directly - I've only found the ability to do so on the website. Even if I click on "download" I can see a list but it doesn't actually download to my phone. Will change my review to 5 stars upon instructions being given or if the bug is fixed in the app.
