I got tired of the false promises of fixing the program going back several versions now (themes). Now the latest version as well as the beta no longer works for me. It just hangs at the feedly logo. I tried all the suggestions unsuccesfully. Everyone should look at Feeder now instead. It is faster, much more stable and free. Goodbye feedly.

The new generation app is a laggy mess that nuked all my settings and opted me into a "popular" sorted feed (stop trying to be a social network). It's so slow I can watch text being drawn, images look like dial up speeds. It's missing my swipe gestures and seems to be using more battery. This thing is painful to use now. I want the old version back, this is awful.

Hello Pat, sorry to hear this, does the slowness improved after a while or after a restart of the app? We've tested this with 4,000 Beta testers and haven't found a slowness issue. Let us know at care@feedly.com if we can help

I am a very long time user of Feedly and have always been fond of the app. So I cannot complain about the update as it looks cleaner and slick, as well as other tweaks. The issue I have now is it seems you have to pay for Pro in order to save to Pocket? If so, this update is just bad and hopefully they add the hold save to Pocket option again.

Please use the separate Feedly Classic app if you do not want to upgrade to Pro and want the pocket integration. Please note that Pro is what funds feedly and makes us different from a lot of the topics feed apps which try to mine and sell your attention.
